Marjorie Taylor Greene Sets Hair Aflame With Comments on New York City

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is back from New York City after appearing outside a protest centered on the indictment and arrest of Donald Trump. While she was there, she set far-left hair on fire, causing radical congressman Jamaal Bowman to flail about demanding she leave. Counter-protesters also tried to accost her and others.

Greene wasn’t done setting left-wing manes ablaze, though. On Wednesday evening, she appeared on Tucker Carlson’s show to discuss her ordeal and started another controversy: She said New York City stinks.

Within two hours, all the right people were already losing their minds. Tom Nichols, self-proclaimed “expert” and generic neoconservative failure, quoted terrorist-supporting MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan to complain that a Democrat would never get away with calling a Southern city smelly and disgusting.

You have to love the victimhood on display as if the left is held to some ridiculously high standard whereby they never take shots at anyone or anything on the right. Of course, these are the same people who will deride “flyover country” as toothless simpletons holding back the nation’s progress. I also seem to remember Barack Obama slamming red-state residents as being too religious and attached to their guns. But hey, who needs citations of reality when you can cling to made-up victim status? It’s just so tough being a Democrat.

But look, I’m a nice guy, so I’ll help these guys out and prove what they are saying is false. Take New Orleans as an example. It’s a Southern city, and anyone who has been there will tell you that it smells like beer and pee were mixed together and sloshed over every inch of it. That seems to be a staple of Democrat governance, unfortunately, and absolutely no one on the right will get upset for you pointing it out.

Still, there are lots and lots of Southern cities that mostly smell like fresh air because they don’t allow open urination on the streets. That’s a staple of Republican governance, but who’s keeping score?

Here’s the thing. New York City being smelly and disgusting is a choice. It’s a choice made by those who continue to run it into the ground to advance left-wing ideals. It’s also a choice made by those who choose to congregate on top of each other in heavily urban environments. Thankfully, there are plenty of places in the United States where you can get a little space and relief for your nostrils. You don’t have to live in a place that causes your nose hairs to spontaneously combust. If that’s your thing, though, more power to you.

Regardless, you can always leave it to a Lincoln Project shill to take things way too far.

There are those great respecters of women who I’m assured are our moral betters again. It’s almost like the left, of which Rick Wilson is firmly a member at this point, is full of rabid hypocrites who will say or do anything to preserve power. Their complaint that Trump was just too brash for the presidency was always just projection of their own behavior.
