Whoa: Former Pelosi Aide Torches Hakeem Jeffries' Leadership, Calls Out Dems' 'Embarrassing' Failures

It’s been incredibly satisfying watching the Democrats flail, whine, and beg for relevancy after they lost the ’24 presidential election and gave control of the House and Senate to the GOP. Normally, I try not to revel in the misfortunes of others, but if there’s anyone who deserves it, it’s members of the extremist progressive party that under the regime of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris literally tried to transform this country into some sort of radical socialist hellhole.

We’ve seen them endlessly appearing on cable news trying to figure out where they went wrong—was it “the messaging?”—and we’ve seen the catfight between vice chair of the Democratic National Committee David Hogg and the DNC as the youngster lobbied for challenges to incumbents (the opposite of the function of the committee). Meanwhile we’ve witnessed a flurry of books coming out that are finally telling the true story of Joe Biden: he was mentally cooked for much of his term.

Now a former aide to CA Rep. Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President Kamala Harris is taking to the airwaves to thrash House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) for his failure to effectively counter their bogeyman, Donald Trump:

Ashley Etienne, a former communications director for both former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President Kamala Harris, blasted House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries’ decisions at the helm of the Democratic Caucus during a podcast episode released Thursday.

Etienne, who ran the former speaker’s anti-Trump war room, blasted Pelosi’s successor as House Democratic leader over his alleged lack of coordination and organization, during an appearance on Politico’s Playbook Deep Dive podcast. Etienne, citing conversations with Democratic House lawmakers, portrayed Jeffries as indecisive and too weak in opposition to President Donald Trump.

Etienne had plenty of criticism for the man she claimed she “adores” (profanity alert, which we seemingly have to warn about whenever we’re talking about a Democrat these days):

“If you don’t have coordination, you’ve just got words on a paper that you’re calling talking points,” Etienne said. “It’s meaningless. And I think that’s where we are right now.”

“I was hearing from leadership staff that the leadership on Capitol Hill right now wants to sort of move away from that Pelosi era — that they … don’t want to embrace anyone or anything that’s like Pelosi,” Etienne told the podcast host, Politico’s Rachael Bade. “Which I just think is the dumbest s*** ever.”

Then she goes off on “messaging,” as seemingly all progressives seem to do on a regular basis. Why is it so hard for them to understand that it’s their message itself that is garbage and no longer resonates with the American people?

Although Etienne expressed respect for Jeffries’ “ability to message,” she immediately followed up saying that the top House Democrat cannot effectively make decisions on how to message.

“What I’ve been hearing from members is that, to sort of some it up, he thinks long, too long and wrong about things. He takes too much council and then takes too long to make a decision,” Etienne said. “Which says that maybe you don’t trust your gut in the moment, which is also fair when you’re a new leader cause you’re still trying to figure it all out. It might also suggest maybe you don’t have a handle on the caucus, or you don’t have a handle on how to actually land some punches on Donald Trump.”

She goes on, calling some of the Democrats' endless protests—especially when they acted like spoiled, malicious children during President Trump’s March speech to a joint session of Congress—“embarrassing.”

The constant infighting we’re seeing from the Democrat party is further evidence that they are rudderless and riding on a long train to nowhere. That, my friends, is good for America.

The Democrat Party has never been less popular as voters reject its globalist agenda.
