Two terrorists commandeered vehicles in the Israeli city of Raanana Monday and mowed down pedestrians, killing a 70-year-old woman and injuring at least 17 others. The pair, relatives Mahmoud Zidat, 44, and his nephew, 25-year-old Ahmed Zidat from Bani Na'im, also stabbed victims before they were apprehended by police.

The attack was carried out by two terrorists:
1. Ahmed Zidat, 25 years old, resident of Bnei Naim/Yitir.
2. Mahmoud Zidat, 44 years old, resident of Bnei Naim/Yitir.
The two are relatives. They are illegal residents in Israel whose entry was barred on the grounds of being illegal residents a large number of times.
Both terrorists were arrested. The two were transferred to a Shin Bet site. The investigation into the attack continues.
Hamas has claimed responsibility for the attack.
"They are trying to break us," former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said at one of the scenes. "But I want to be as clear as possible, we are not moving. We are not going anywhere. We are here to stay. And we are going to hunt down every single terrorist and we are going to win."
Hamas reportedly called for more such actions from its supporters:

The Jewish News Syndicate described the horrific events:
Israeli forces arrested two suspects following a manhunt. Police said the terrorists were residents of Bani Naim near Hebron in Judea.
Relatives Mahmoud Zaidat, 44, and Ahmad Zaidat, 24, were employed at a car wash in Ra’anana’s industrial area without valid work permits, Ynet reported. Both suspects were known to Israeli security forces.
According to police, one of the terrorists changed vehicles three times during the course of the attack, with two incidents reported at 1:34 p.m. and 1:44 p.m. on the city’s Ahuza and HaHaroshet streets, according to the Magen David Adom emergency response organization.
The news comes as Hamas continues to play mind games regarding the hostages they took during the terror attacks of Oct. 7. On Sunday, they released a disturbing video designed to psychologically torture the families of the captives.
Monday, they released another cruel video, this one asking viewers whether they should kill the three hostages from the first video or keep them alive. "What do you think?" they asked.
Multiple children were injured in the car attacks:
Israeli TV showed scattered personal items on a pavement and said several children were among the injured.
Three people were in a serious condition including a 34-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy, and 14 others less badly hurt including six children.
Witnesses initially thought the attack was a car crash after the vehicle slammed into another, and ran over with water to help those in the car.
Magen David Adom, Israel's national ambulance service, said paramedics encountered numerous victims when they arrived.
'Immediately we began administering medical care, including stopping bleeding, treating, and giving medication. We evacuated those injured for further treatment in the hospitals,' paramedic Eli Raymond said.
As anti-Israel demonstrators protest around the world, Hamas continues to show its depravity.
