The body count of Americans killed at the hands of illegal immigrants the Biden administration gladly welcomed into the country claimed one more innocent life. Around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Tobias "Toby" Forsythe, a 21-year-old goalkeeper for the University of Massachusetts-Lowell men's soccer team, was killed while traveling on Interstate 71 in Madison County, Ohio, when a semi-truck, driven by 42-year-old Behkzod Asrarov, went through the median cable barrier, across the median, and into the northbound lane of the interstate, rear-ending Forsythe's car.

Asrarov, who was described as an Uzbek national, entered the U.S. in 2024 through a Biden-era diversity lottery. As Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers investigated the crash scene, it was discovered that Asrarov had removed the dash cam from the truck's cab, but it was found in his pocket later on at the hospital. The camera mount and cord were still inside the truck's cab. Asrarov had an Ohio commercial driver's license.

Asrarov was charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony in Ohio. He had also previously failed an English language proficiency test, and had to use Google Translate to communicate with Ohio State troopers. Asrarov also tried to destroy three phones and a logging device that were in his possession.

Secretary of Transportation (DoT) Sean Duffy took to social media, saying in part:

“We cannot let truck drivers like Asrarov, who can’t read our road signs or speak to law enforcement, drive 80,000-pound rigs on America’s highways. I am praying for Toby’s family and loved ones after this horrible loss. We will never stop fighting to keep these dangerous truck drivers OFF THE ROAD so no other parents have to endure this unimaginable grief.”

The issue of illegal immigrants driving semi-trucks came to light in August of 2025, when three people were killed after the van they were riding in slammed into the back of a semi-truck driven by Harjinder Singh, an illegal immigrant from India, who attempted to make a U-turn on the Florida turnpike. Since then, getting illegal immigrants driving these 80,000 vehicles who cannot speak English or read road signs off the nation's highways has been a top priority for Duffy and the DoT.

During an appearance on Fox News on Tuesday, U.S. Border Czar Tom Homan stated that federal immigration agents are now working with state troopers at commercial weigh stations to crack down and apprehend illegal immigrant truck drivers. Homan added that over 28,000 non-domiciled licenses have been revoked nationwide. He also acknowledged that some states are not the most cooperative about sharing driver records.

Homan added that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Transportation are working to get illegal drivers off the roads, and the Department of Justice (DOJ) is pursuing legal action against any jurisdictions that will not share driver information.

Tobias Forsythe is sadly the latest casualty of Joe Biden and his feckless administration.

Editor’s Note: Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
