When the Founding Fathers of our nation laid out the documents that America would be governed by, justice for all was at the heart of the idea of a self-governing people. It didn’t matter if you were a rich and powerful landowner or a lowly farmer. If you committed a crime, justice would be applied evenly to all. Democrats love to talk about the Constitution being a “living” document — the contents being something that evolve as American society evolves. But we know that Democrats and liberals love to change the meaning of words, and that isn’t really what they mean. They mean that the Constitution will be interpreted depending on the political bent of the person to whom those laws are being applied.
At least in the modern era, the beginnings of a glaring two-tiered system of justice may have originated with President Richard Nixon and the Watergate scandal. Back in January, Tucker Carlson gave what he called the “highlights,” the nuts and bolts of the Watergate scandal. If Tucker Carlson’s claims are true, Richard Nixon was a test run. Since the Nixon era, America has watched as both Bill and Hillary Clinton have skirted the law, as has anyone involved with the Russia hoax, spying on Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and subsequently his transition team and presidency — and just about anyone else that may have been involved in some sketchy activities with a “D” behind their name.
The DC fix is in.
They are totally corrupt.
Vote them out of office or lose your country forever.

Fast-forward to the Biden administration and the Biden Department of Justice. Whether Attorney General Merrick Garland has a personal axe to grind over not being named to the Supreme Court or he is just a willing yes-man to Joe Biden is debatable, but one thing is for sure: Democrats and their willing accomplices really don’t need to try to hide the fact that now in America, there is a two-tiered justice system. On Tuesday, Hunter Biden was indicted on charges of failing to file income taxes and lying on a federal form to obtain a gun while being addicted to crack cocaine. The gun charge alone carries a maximum of up to ten years in prison.
But as expected, it helps when your dad is President of the United States and can tell the DOJ what to do. As part of a plea deal agreement, the younger Biden will plead guilty to two tax charges, and the gun charge will be dropped, provided he does not violate the law again. This is the culmination of five years of investigation. How this will — if at all — affect any outcome of the investigation by the House Oversight Committee into financial activities that President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and several other family members may be involved in, and ultimately, the 2024 presidential election, remains to be seen. But that brings us to the DOJ’s treatment of former President Donald Trump.
Hunter Biden gets a slap on the wrist for federal tax and gun crimes but they want to give Donald Trump a death sentence.

Trump was indicted last week on 37 counts, including possessing classified documents, obstruction of justice, and other violations. If convicted of even one count, Trump could face up to 20 years in prison. What’s the difference? We know what the difference is. There is ample evidence of Hunter Biden smoking crack, cavorting with prostitutes, and various shady business deals on his now infamous laptop, in addition to the crimes in question on Tuesday. But will he be convicted of any of it? Of course not. Hunter Biden belongs to the tier of justice that governs Democrats. For Donald Trump, anyone in his inner circle, and Republicans in general, it’s a whole other story. Just ask anyone who was in Washington D.C. on Jan. 6, or a parent at a school board meeting. You have a very different threshold of justice.
We are now at a point where Democrats can just stop pretending that justice is applied to all in the same way. We get it. A blind man could see it. Just save us all the trouble and admit it, and follow it up with something to the effect of “what are you gonna do about it?” Because at least until 2024, the answer is: not much. But even then, will Republicans do more than just hold hearings? Or will they stop worrying about who likes them and start indicting people?
Republicans must do everything legally possible to win in 2024, or Democrats will gleefully remove Lady Justice’s blindfold.
Where is the DOJ investigation into Joe Biden and the Biden Family’s corrupt foreign business dealings? Where are the grand juries and the subpoenas? Where are the cold-blooded tactics they used against Paul Manafort? Where are the foreign nationals being hauled in to testify?…
