New York State Senator Marty Golden posted on Facebook in the last hour that the FBI has taken “several individuals” into custody in relation to the bombing incident in the Chelsea area of New York City on Saturday night.
CBS New York reports that it was five people taken in a dramatic car stop on the Belt Parkway.
The Right Scoop posted several more tweets with similar information.
One Twitter user posted a photo that apparently shows the scene of the vehicle stop.

Whether they are suspects, witnesses, “persons of interest” is not known, although Sen. Golden, in an instagram post, told New York ABC 7 that the FBI confirmed they were “connected” to the attack.
