BWA HA HA: Detroit Barista Demands Clinton Campaign Stop Using Her Photo, Then Mocks Hillary's Order!

The Hillary Clinton campaign posted a photo to the official Instagram page showing a barista in Detroit smiling as she served the candidate coffee. But that barista is not too happy about it, reports the Washington Times.

For my money, this is the feel-good story of the day. A sort of anti-Joe the Plumber moment. They tried to use a regular everyday person to humanize Hillary, and it totally backfired. Which is pretty much what happens every time they try to humanize her.

From the Times:

“Inspired by the women who started @AvalonBakery,” Mrs. Clinton reportedly wrote. “Highly recommend the coffee, too.”

Mrs. Clinton stopped by Astro Coffee Tuesday in the Corktown section of Detroit where she ordered espresso and spoke with customers, The Daily Caller reported.

On Instagram, the Clinton campaign incorrectly identified the shop as “Avalon Bakery” and posted an image of Mrs. Clinton and a smiling barista.

“Inspired by the women who started @AvalonBakery,” Mrs. Clinton reportedly wrote. “Highly recommend the coffee, too.”

It wasn’t long before the purported barista chimed in.

“That’s me and I’m voting Bernie,” a woman using the Instagram account handle @jillmwilson wrote. “I’d like it if you took the pic down.”

The coffee shop also mocked Clinton’s order with a “Feel the Bern” message.

I don’t know about you, but I’m going to go get a cup of coffee, cradle it with two hands, stare away into the distance, and laugh my *** off.
