President Trump was present at a roundtable discussion on tax reform in West Virginia this afternoon, but his well-known lack of focus and self-control quickly took over the proceedings.
ABC News managed to catch the moment when the president, aware of cameras and always a reality TV huckster above being a serious leader, decided to put on a show.
Of the prepared remarks, Trump noted that he read the first paragraph, then said to himself, “This is boring. Come on. We have to tell it like it is.”
He punctuated that thought bubble by tossing the paper with his remarks in the air. Of course, cameras flashed and others around him, by now accustomed to the response he requires, clapped in obedience.
