A couple of days ago, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Pencil Neck) informed Ranking Member Devin Nunes that the GOP had unto Saturday, November 8 (I’m not making that up, Schiff’s staff actually were unaware that Saturday is the 9th) to produce a list of witness they wished to call and that he would decide if they were appropriate. Well, Nunes has complied. In a brutally honest letter, he lambasted Schiiff
But it really gets interesting when he identifies the GOP witnesses and what they will testify to.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Hunter Biden, Alexandra (drop the) Chalupa, Nellie Ohr. This crew questioned by Jim Jordan and Matt Gaetz should be on PPV.
Now Schiff has a new string of problems with the neo-Stalinist show trial he’s running. He obviously can’t allow these witnesses to appear because if they show up they can’t be protected the way Vindman and others were shielded from answering substantive questions by Schiff in the secret depositions. Refusing to allow the GOP to present their witnesses isn’t going to sell anywhere outside the mouthbreathing followers of Ben Wittes and Susan Hennessey who can’t decide if this is a judicial proceeding or a political one and is going to bake in the narrative of this simply being the back up plan once the Brennan-Comey-Clapper coup d’etat went belly up. This will make it much easier for House Republicans to present a unified front when the impeachment vote is taken and it will peel away some Democrats, making the final vote a decidedly partisan affair.
When this dumpster fire hits the Senate, these witnesses will be called (should McConnell even elect to hold a formal trial) and their testimony will do irreparable damage to the already flawed proceeding in the House. President Trump will not only be able to claim that this is simply a partisan hatchet job, the visuals will show that to be a fact.
Schiff worked very hard to achieve this illicit impeachment. Now he’s going to get to savor it and what it will do to the Democrat’s House majority next year.
