This is neither significant nor unexpected. Huckabee’s viability as a national candidate has always existed largely within his ego. His brief flash of credibility was in 2008. He didn’t even have that this year. He last appeared on the main debate stage in October. He went all in in Iowa and underperformed his showing in the last three polls taken there. On the way out, he managed to burn all of his credibility and a lot of good will and show himself to be a very petulant little man. I hope the GOP has seen the last of him as a candidate.
