AOC Tries to Take on Ted Cruz As She Doubles Down on RICO Meltdown; It Was an Unwise Move
Maybe don't shout "wrong" at a guy who was the Solicitor General of Texas, has argued before the Supreme Court, and might just know a bit more than you?
Yes, Trump supposedly received the due process required by the Constitution, but with the radical Judge Engoron at the helm, it feels like all ethical standards were simply thrown out the window to “get Trump.”
Donald Trump Just Responded to Mike Pence's Refusal to Endorse Him As Only He Could

WHAT'S ON TAP?
Today on Capitol Hill...
There's only one hearing set for Friday — the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Cyber, Information Technologies, and Innovation on "The Technology and AI Fight for 21st Century Operations in the Department of Defense."
The bulk of Friday's focus on the Hill will be on passing the latest funding abomination before the deadline expires. Will they or won't they? (C-SPAN might be fun Friday viewing.)
White House What's Up
Fresh off his travels and campaigning, President Joe Biden has returned to the White House...just in time to head home to Delaware for the weekend.
Full Court Press...
No notable court hearings on Friday, but keep the eyes peeled for rulings in the various cases we've been tracking — you never know for sure when one of those will land.
MORNING MUSING
I was so focused on wishing Twitter a happy birthday on Thursday that I forgot it was the official kickoff to March Madness. I did manage to get my picks in before the deadline, thankfully. I like college hoops, but I don't follow it religiously — until the Tournament. And then I'm locked in. Multiple brackets. Felt tipped pens to mark the wins and losses. I turn into a tournament nerd. True story: My daughter was born on the first Friday of the tournament (in 2002). I spent the day waiting for things to progress by keeping up with my brackets. And — kid you not — when it came time to deliver her, the game on the TV over my doctor's left shoulder was my focal point. So, yeah, this is one of my favorite times of the year.
