AOC Tries to Take on Ted Cruz As She Doubles Down on RICO Meltdown; It Was an Unwise Move

As we reported, former Hunter Biden associate Tony Bobulinski was the gift that kept on giving on Wednesday. Not only did he accuse Hunter and Jim Biden of perjury but he called Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and Rep. Dan Goldman out for lying, and he made Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) have a meltdown, when she tried to throw a "gotcha question" at him and just ended up looking stupid.

MUST-SEE: AOC Has a Mental Breakdown After Bobulinski Runs Circles Around Her

OCASIO-CORTEZ: I have a quick question. Simple. Is it your testimony today that you personally witnessed President Joe Biden commit a crime?

BOBULINSKI: I believe the fact that he was sitting with me while I was...(AOC interrupts)

OCASIO-CORTEZ: Did you witness the president commit a crime? Is it your testimony today?

BOBULINSKI: Yes

OCASIO-CORTEZ: What crime do you, have you witnessed?

BOBULINSKI: How much time do I have to go through it?

OCASIO-CORTEZ: It is simple, you name the crime. Did you watch him steal something?

BOBULINSKI: Corruption statutes, RICO and conspiracy, FARA (AOC interrupts)

OCASIO-CORTEZ: What is the crime, sir? Specifically?

BOBULINSKI: You ask and answer the question, I answered the question, RICO, you're obviously not familiar with

OCASIO-CORTEZ: Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir. RICO is not a crime, it is a category. What is the crime?

BOBULINSKI: It is a category of crimes that you are then charged under.

AOC asked a question, but would't allow Bobulinski to finish his answer. In addiction to RICO and corruption statutes, he also mentioned FARA and conspiracy as possible crimes given the behavior he observed. She ignored that and then tried to focus on RICO, claiming that was not a crime but a category. He corrected her and said it was a "category of crimes you are then charged under." She was trying to play word games with him and then just looked silly. He decimated her when he responded, "How much time do I have" to list everything he has seen. That was priceless.

AOC earned a Community Note for claiming "RICO was not a crime."

Then Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) jumped in and chastised her for being silly.

But she was still throwing a fit over it in response to Cruz.

Maybe don't shout "wrong" at a guy who was the Solicitor General of Texas, has argued before the Supreme Court, and might just know a bit more than you?

Other lawyers also jumped in to tell her she didn't quite understand.

Our own Jim Thompson (who's also a lawyer) had a little fun with her too.

Bottom line, she didn't want to hear what Bobulinski had to say about potential crimes. She and her fellow Democrats aren't concerned about the connections between the Biden and foreign nationals who are connected to foreign governments. That's the real problem here. They want to stick their heads in the sand when it comes to what was going on here, and they don't want to ask the question of whether Joe Biden was compromised.
