Glenn Youngkin, Virginia GOP Jab Back After Joe Biden's Bizarre Gubernatorial Election Denialism

Democrats have undeniably turned being hypocritical into an art form over the years, and there are few better examples of that than their pious lectures on "election denialism."

We've heard the term on loop from Democrats ever since former President Donald Trump and numerous Republican members of the House and Senate raised questions about the 2020 presidential election results, with Trump filing legal challenges and the GOP Reps. and Senators formally objecting to certification.

Left out of these Democrat rants have been all the times in recent history prior to 2020 that they were election deniers on steroids, insisting for instance that Hillary Clinton "really" won in 2016 (something she agrees with) and cheerleading as Stacey Abrams repeatedly insisted Brian Kemp "stole" the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election from her.

The latest instance comes from President Joe Biden himself, who we've been reliably told is staunchly against "undermining our sacred democracy" except for all the times he's done just that.

As we previously reported, Biden was giving a speech in Virginia Tuesday that quickly turned into a disaster (as they often do). When he was giving shoutouts to Virginia Democrats, he called out for fellow election denier Terry McAuliffe, declaring him to be the "real governor" of Virginia.

Glenn Youngkin, of course, is the rightful governor of Virginia, defeating McAuliffe in November 2021 after the former governor's epic campaign collapse over his admission that he didn't believe parents should be telling educators what they should be teaching their children.

In response to Biden's pathetic jab, here's what Youngkin had to say on the Twitter machine:

The Virginia GOP also weighed in with some inconvenient facts for Joe:

This is, of course not the first time Biden engaged in election denialism nor will it be the last.  For instance, during a rare press conference in January 2022, Biden was asked twice if he believed the midterm election results would be "legitimate" in his view.

One reporter wondered if he felt the 2022 midterms would be “fairly” decided and the results “legitimate” if he couldn’t get the so-called “voting rights” bill passed. Biden’s answer was to cast doubt, suggesting it all depended on whether or not Democrats could convince Americans that Republicans were allegedly rigging elections:

Later, another reporter did a follow-up to confirm whether Biden meant the elections might be illegitimate depending on what happened with the “voting rights” legislation. Biden’s answer once and for all proved him to be a massive “Big Lie” hypocrite:

Reporter: A moment ago you were asked whether or not you believed that we would have free and fair elections in 2022 if some of the legislatures reformed their voting protocols. You said that “it depends.” Do you….. do you think that in any way it would be illegitimate?

Biden: Oh, yeah I think easily it could be illegitimate. Imagine, imagine if, in fact, Trump had succeeded in convincing Pence to not count the votes. Imagine if…

Reporter: In regards to 2022, sir. The midterm elections.

Biden: Oh, 2022. I mean … imagine if those attempts to say that the count was not legit. You have to recount it and we’re not going to count, we’re going to discard the following votes. I mean sure, but I’m not saying it is going to be legit. The increase and the prospect of being illegitimate is in direct proportion to us not being able to get these reforms passed.

As I said at the time, remember that it’s okay to question election results and go to court over it if you’re a Democrat. But if you’re a Republican like Sens. Josh Hawley or Ted Cruz, doing so makes you an “insurrectionist.”

Thanks, Joe, once again for confirming everything we’ve ever said about Democrats on the issue of questioning election results. You really do make it too easy sometimes.
