Apparently Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) still hasn’t learned the old lesson about never entering into a battle of wits unarmed.

He didn’t learn it when he got smacked down last week by former acting DNI Richard Grenell in a Twitter war of words over Swalwell’s repeated Russia/Trump collusion lies, and he didn’t learn it Tuesday after being called out for supporting the violent Antifa thugs who are participating in and in some cases instigating the riots, looting, fires, and assaults that are taking place in big cities all over the country in the aftermath of the death of George Floyd.

It all started after Swalwell acted stupidly in a tweet in which he said he “didn’t know anyone in Antifa.” As if allegedly not knowing anyone in Antifa makes a person immune from criticism that they’ve expressed solidarity with them:

Because Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) is an infinitely smarter guy than Swalwell, he replied to him by correctly pointing out what Antifa’s true motivations were by joining up with BLM during the George Floyd protests, and by bluntly advising Swalwell to “stop encouraging them”:

An agitated Swalwell responded by insinuating Crenshaw’s concerns about the group were disingenuous, because the only people who truly care about persons of color are Democratic politicians like Swalwell – who literally just admitted he supports a domestic terrorist group that has participated in looting and burning down minority-owned businesses. He brought up Crenshaw’s vote on the DREAM act, which was nothing more than a childish attempt at deflecting from the fact that he’d been called out for casting his lot with anarchistic thugs:

Crenshaw then mic-dropped Swalwell by pointing out that he didn’t even bother to show up to vote on the DREAM act because he was too busy running a failed presidential campaign:

Swalwell, who was probably red-faced at this point with steam coming out of his ears, tweeted back by admitting that his presidential campaign was a joke while yada yadaing about Crenshaw’s vote about the DREAM act as though that neutralized Crenshaw’s attack on him:

LOL. Somebody call the wahmbulance for Swalwell. He’s having a bit of a moment. Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving guy. 😉 😉
