Freshman congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) takes a “do as I say but not as I do” approach when it comes to the issue of anti-Semitism. She’ll falsely accuse Republicans including President Trump of it for making harmless jokes in front of Jewish audiences while she herself boasts of her close friendships and working relationships with the two most anti-Semitic members of Congress America has ever seen.

So it shouldn’t be any surprise at all to find out that just days after she took to the Twitter machine to slam Trump for an “atrocious antisemitism” that didn’t happen, she enthusiastically posted her support for Jeremy Corbyn and his Labour Party going into today’s UK elections:

This video is about the UK, but it might as well have been produced about the United States.

The hoarding of wealth by the few is coming at the cost of peoples’ lives.

Corbyn made sure his followers saw her endorsement, too:

That AOC and Corbyn are pals is no big secret, considering back in February she bragged on Twitter about forging an alliance with him during a 45 minute phone conversation in which they reportedly discussed the border crisis and the government shutdown.

But what may come as a surprise to those who don’t follow international politics super-closely is that both Corbyn and the Labour party have a big anti-Semitism problem. Or, as Trump would say, they have a YUUUGE anti-Semitism problem:

Both Corbyn and his Labour Party have faced numerous allegations of anti-Semitism. A recent poll showed that a whopping 87 percent of Jewish people in Great Britain believed Corbyn was anti-Semitic, pointing to many incidents and remarks, many of them involving his staunch support for Palestinians and a perceived hostility toward Israel. Recent reports also showed Jewish members of the Labour Party repeatedly expressing concerns of what they saw as growing anti-Semitism within the party.

Corbyn recently apologized about the anti-Semitism accusations after refusing to do so multiple times in a prior interview.

“Obviously I’m very sorry for everything that’s happened but I want to make this clear: I am dealing with it. I have dealt with it,” Corbyn said Tuesday in an interview on ITV’s This Morning, as The Guardian noted.

When you compare the allegations of Corbyn’s anti-Semitism in the UK alongside the rising star status of AOC’s anti-Semitic Squad buddies Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar here in the U.S., it’s rather ironic that AOC noted in her tweet that the video of what Corbyn said was going on in the UK “might as well have been produced about the United States.”

As far as the elections there went, exit polls indicate that the news for the Labour party isn’t good.

The same can be said for Ocasio-Cortez’s credibility when it comes to allegations of anti-Semitism. She talks a big talk, but in the end it’s all just sound and fury, signifying nothing but her staggering hypocrisy and duplicity. She’ll rub elbows and break bread with politicos whose anti-Semitism is well-documented while falsely accusing others of it in the same breath.

Shame on her.
