As Red State‘s Streiff wrote this morning, perpetually outraged Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) went ballistic after finding out a teenage group of McConnell campaign volunteers “groped” a cardboard cut out of her and boasted about it on social media.
Here was her tweet:
Hey @senatemajldr – these young men look like they work for you.
Just wanted to clarify: are you paying for young men to practice groping & choking members of Congress w/ your payroll, or is this just the standard culture of #TeamMitch?
Thanks. https://t.co/ysRJuwonUx

As of this writing, the tweet has been retweeted almost 50,000 times, and “liked” close to 180,000 times.
The McConnell campaign blasted back in a fiery response:
McConnell’s statement on this OWNS:
“Team Mitch in no way condones any aggressive, suggestive, or demeaning act toward life sized cardboard cut outs of any gender in a manner similar to what we saw from President Obama's speechwriting staff several years ago.” pic.twitter.com/6nMS3oEKSl

…. which to AOC, of course, means McConnell condones violence against women or something:
“Boys will be boys.”
Is that also the reason why you’ve chosen to block the Violence Against Women act too, @senatemajldr?
It prevents dating partners w/ records of abuse + stalking women (also an early warning sign from many mass shooters) from obtaining a gun. https://t.co/shWCRmEv60

Note: The McConnell campaign did not say “boys will be boys.” That was a made-up summary from the Daily Beast, which AOC then parroted without question.
Some of the responses to the photo tweet AOC quote retweeted apparently included the names and other private information of some of the teenage boys in the photograph, using a despicable left-wing practice known as “doxxing.”
I should also note that Ocasio-Cortez also irresponsibly posted a close-up photo of the teens but then later deleted it (here’s the original link, which AG Conservative responded to while it was still up):
1) These are HS kids at an event that have no affiliation with McConnell. I assume you are now responsible for anyone who wears AOC gear?
2) These kids are acting dumb, but they are kids. Do you really think it's responsible for you to aim a mob of your followers at them for it? https://t.co/FBYnj7s0XP

Here’s the deleted tweet:
@AOC deleted this tweet, but don't fret, we got the screenshot. She's saying:
"You teenage boys offended me. I condone my followers to dox and harass them. @twitter? @jack? @TwitterSafety? You gonna let this slide? These are high school kids AOC. Thicken that skin up. pic.twitter.com/X6LWXNEq7c— Chester🇺🇸 (@ChesterPTweets) August 6, 2019
She tweeted a follow up tweet zooming in on the kids to help identify them. She deleted that one but kept her original post.

As a result of the doxxing – and the calls for violence against the Sen. Majority leader and his family at his home Sunday night, the McConnell campaign has alerted law enforcement:
These threats go far beyond a political cartoon or a broken shoulder, they are serious calls to physical violence and we’ve alerted law enforcement.

Good. It’s about high time that AOC and her Mob Squad are held to the same standards everyone else is when it comes to accusations of “incitement” or “harassment.”
AOC has a very large following and she d*mned well knows what she’s doing when she tweets out stuff like that. These were teenagers, and if she was that concerned about she would have taken the issue directly to McConnell instead of putting the teens on blast to her millions of disturbed sycophants.
It’s almost like the Covington kids story all over again, except the media aren’t the ones doing the doxxing. They’re just gleefully reporting on AOC’s tweet about the “groping”, naturally.
AOC should apologize for inciting the mob to dox these teenagers, or by her own rules she condones them. But she won’t because she knows her mainstream media cheerleaders won’t remind her she should practice what she preaches.
Wash, rinse, repeat. It never ends.
