DOJ Official Suggests Jill Biden Should Be Investigated for Elder Abuse After Joe’s Cancer News

Leo Terrell, who currently serves as an official in the Civil Rights Division in the U.S. Department of Justice, has called out former First Lady Jill Biden for "elder abuse" following news of her husband's cancer diagnosis.

While heartfelt expressions of compassion and condolences have poured in for the former President, medical professionals have expressed skepticism about what Biden's family and friends knew and when they knew it.

Some have suggested his inner circle had to have known for years what was going on, and they almost certainly knew during his time in office while running for re-election despite his advanced age.

Jill Biden, despite that potential knowledge, was one of Joe's most ardent supporters, seemingly the last holdout in trying to force him to stay in the presidential race despite widespread calls for him to drop out after a very public debate debacle against President Trump.

Terrell took note of a social media post from political commentator Ian Jaeger, who suggested Dr. Jill knew about both Biden's mental and physical deteriorating health, and still propped him up for a grueling campaign regardless.

"She knew about President Biden’s health problems. But still wanted him to run for President," Jaeger wrote on his X feed. "Evil."

Terrell shared the post, adding his own commentary: "Elder abuse! Criminal charges?"

Elder abuse can include financial exploitation, of course. It may involve coercing or manipulating an elderly person, especially one who is sick or vulnerable, into actions that benefit the abuser financially.

The Biden family was certainly partaking in a grift that featured Joe, Hunter, and the former President's brother James to a mind-numbing extent. That's why he pre-emptively pardoned several family members before leaving office.

All of that said, it seems unlikely that, from a legal aspect, elder abuse could be proven. And having it proven to the extent that criminal charges would be filed? Not seeing it.

Terrell, however, earned a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law, so he would know more than this author, who remains skeptical any time someone suggests an individual from the previous administration will ever be held accountable for their actions.

One of the first necessary questions would be to what extent Jill Biden knew of her husband's health issues. Former aides are claiming they just found out about the aggressive form of cancer, despite medical experts saying it would have taken years to develop to the stage where it had metastasized to his bones.

She certainly knew about his cognitive issues well ahead of time. You might recall that Jill sat in on cabinet meetings despite not being a cabinet member. Why? Was he not capable of running them himself? Those are rhetorical questions, to be sure.

Even as the tide was turning against Joe following the debate, the former First Lady desperately tried to make him look capable of continuing his campaign. In a cringeworthy appearance at a post-debate rally, the good doctor spoke to her husband, infantilizing him by cheering on his ability to say words.

“Joe, you did such a good job. You answered every question, you knew all the facts,” Mrs. Biden shouted to the President while he continued to stare blankly out into space.

It looked like ... elder abuse.
