Those who have had the privilege of watching Harris Faulkner over the years know she's a cut above the cackling faux political analysts at "The View."
If not, several cuts.
Grace, poise, intellect - she scores above any member of that panel every day and twice on Sunday. And for that, the Fox News anchor, thanks to her show, "The Falkner Focus," has been rewarded by rightly staking her claim as queen of late morning news.
According to Adweek, Faulkner's signature show registered an average total of 2.552 million viewers (310,000 in the coveted 25-54 marketing demographic), while "The View" hit an average of 2.508 million.
It marks the first time ever that Faulkner has taken down Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Whoopi Goldberg, and company.
The Fox News host congratulated her entire team for the win.
“I could not grab this big win without my wonderful team,” said Faulkner. “It’s a testament to the hard work and passion we put into bringing Americans the latest news and analysis on what matters most to them.”
Heartfelt gratitude to the beloved viewers of FOX and @FaulknerFocus. And big thanks to @forbes for showing our 11am ET daytime team some love: Harris Faulkner Beats 'The View' As Fox News Sets Ratings Record. 🙏🥰 https://t.co/vaL1JTOGoC

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Faulkner took some time to thoroughly shred "The View" as a show that may have once held relevance in the era of Barbara Walters but has since been reduced to providing a megaphone to "vitriol" for those holding a "myopic" worldview.
"I've seen it when there was a powerhouse journalist," Faulkner told the outlet. "When Barbara Walters was leading it. But now I don't really know what the show is, apart from talk, talk, talk - a lot of combativeness."
While she would never describe it as such due to the aforementioned grace and poise, the Fox News anchor is clearly taunting her ABC counterparts. Why? Because the truth hurts sometimes. It can be abrasive. And it can taunt those who do not have a grasp.
"We have lots of guests who feel spicy and passionate about what they say," Faulkner said of her own show. "That's not unique to 'The View' or to any other show that I've done. What I do think is unique to them is vitriol."
"A news director told me early in my career, you don't have to shout breaking news, and you don't have to shout the truth," Faulkner continued. "It's not personal. But you gotta have the chops to be able to do it."

Good golly. That is like having your opponent dead to rights in the middle of the ring and coming off the top rope with a frog splash like the late Eddie Guerrero to finish them off.
Again, honesty is what obliterates the ladies of "The View" here. To say she's beating them in the ratings by calmly delivering the truth while noting they don't have the "chops" to do such a thing on her level is just ... *chef's kiss.*
Faulkner went on to take a jab at Hostin for having to read multiple apologies at the request of the show's legal team following the election, something chronicled extensively here at RedState.
"I've seen Sunny Hostin read so many apologies on the air recently for the legal exposure of some of the things that she and others have said on the show," she pointed out. "That's dicey."
To paraphrase that meme from "The Simpsons" - Stop! Stop! They're Already Dead!
Faulkner went on to equate any episode of "The View" to a recent Massachusetts council meeting overtaken by screeching transgender activists.
Harris Faulkner has won six Emmy Awards throughout her journalism career. If we could personally hand her another award just for letting "The View" know they're irrelevant in the second Trump era, we would.
