NYC is hoping to moot a lawsuit brought by GOA, Newsmax host Carl Higbie, and other gun owners who live outside the Big Apple by adopting an emergency rule allowing non-residents to apply for a carry license. But as Cam shares, the new rule comes with issues of its own that will be practically impossible for most Americans to comply with.
