There's a big aspect of Iran's response to Operation Epic Fury that the Democrats and the liberal media are largely not picking up on yet.
The Democrats keep trying to argue that we're somehow losing, contrary to all the acts in evidence.
But not only have we had unqualified military success, but Iran's reaction has produced something that perhaps no one would have anticipated. Because Iran has reacted by attacking the surrounding Gulf States, they have now turned those countries against them. Those countries now believe the Iranian regime to be an existential threat, and they want it neutered, so they never have to deal with it again.
There have been over 2000 drones or missiles fired on the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by Iran since the start of the action.
Over 80% of those were aimed at civilian infrastructure, including oil facilities, refineries, airports, ports, hotels and data centers, according to the U.A.E. government, killing six civilians and injuring 157 others.
Sultan al-Jaber, the UAE minister of industry and advanced technology, said they now want all the threats to be dealt with and ended now, "including Iran’s nuclear program, ballistic missile capabilities, and their network of regional proxies." That sounds just like the U.S. at this point.
The Gulf States are also disturbed by how Iran is playing games with the Strait of Hormuz. Jaber said it was committing "global economic warfare," which made it a global issue that needed to be dealt with. So they don't want Iran to be in the position in the future to hold the Strait over anyone's head in the future, and they want any such threat ended.
Leaving Iran in control of the Strait of Hormuz once the guns fall silent would be a disaster for the Gulf states, said Muhanad Seloom, a professor at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies in Qatar.
“The Iranian regime has crossed every red line,” he said. “Now it is in everyone’s interest, and this includes the Gulf countries, to have the U.S. finish the job
As we reported earlier, the UAE is even considering sending in ships to help out with escorting shipping through the Strait, after all the attacks on its territory from Iran.

The Gulf States are also ticked off that Iran keeps claiming it's only hitting U.S. bases when it hasn't stopped attacking them, including civilian sites.
Given the indiscriminate nature of these Iranian barrages, and the willingness shown by Tehran to rain death and destruction on its neighbors, another senior Gulf official said, the only acceptable outcome of the war would be an Iran so defanged and enfeebled that it could never imperil its neighbors again.
That's some big movement, and an indication that they are going to be amenable to U.S. and Israeli actions that will make this happen.
Iran just made it even worse by attacking Ras Laffan, the huge energy complex for liquefied natural gas and gas-to-liquid in Qatar, and did extensive damage. That's crossing a big red line, given how important that complex is for global energy. So in response, Qatar declared the Iranian embassy’s military, security attaches, and their staff persona non grata.

Iran has given the Gulf States big incentives to finish off the regime, because they're not going to put up with these kinds of attacks, particularly those which endanger such an important energy complex.
So great job there, Iran, just keep shooting yourself in the foot, because it's going to come back and bite you big time.
