I wrote earlier about the Democrats thinking their problem is their messaging. If they can just get the messaging right, maybe people will believe them and support them.
So they all got on the same page in an attack on President Donald Trump -- and they all sounded like cult-like robots repeating the same message, without realizing as they attacked high prices, they were really attacking Joe Biden for driving them up -- that wasn't Trump.
Then as we reported, Democrats again were trying to force their way into another federal building that's being reviewed by DOGE. This time it was Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As my colleague Rusty Weiss wrote, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) was leading the charge. You know you're already in a bad way if Waters is your leader. She was trying to deliver a letter to HUD Secretary Scott Turner. The staff was very nice. The HUD Chief of Staff said they would deliver the letter for her and told her she could watch a video of Trump's accomplishments in the lobby.
Whoever that employee is, give him a raise for that brilliant response. That was just gold.
Just witnessed Maxine Waters try to demand her way into hand delivering an anti-DOGE letter to HUD’s @SecretaryTurner while he was in a meeting

Turner's office said she wasn't denied entry and that senior HUD leadership spoke with her. So that was the first messaging fail in this effort.

But on top of that there was the reaction of Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), who screeched her head off at an employee who was nothing but nice to her. He said he "works for the American people." Profanity alert:
Then she cursed at him. “No, you don’t! No, you don’t!" she shouted, adding, "You don’t give a s**t.”

That's the true "ugly face" of the Democratic Party.
So can we talk about how they keep saying it's about messaging? Then they go and do this. And what are we to think of this messaging here? What did they just do?
While the Trump team is trying to clean up waste, fraud and abuse, here these Democrats are trying to stand in his way. Plus, they are in fact standing in the way of the people trying to do their jobs, they're making their jobs tougher. These folks then have to deal with them, rather than doing what they should be doing.
On top of that, the Democrats want you to believe somehow they care about the federal employees? Cursing and shouting at employees tends to put a big damper on that argument and this isn't the first employee that they've harassed. We saw Waters hassle a Department of Education employee. They both should be censured for the way they dealt with the workers.
If they did really care, they wouldn't behave as they have been behaving. They don't really give a darn about any of these employees; it's always and only about attacking President Donald Trump and trying to shut down his agenda, which is helping the country.
Of course, the Democrats don't really care about the American people in general either -- they just care about control. Otherwise they also wouldn't keep lying about DOGE, claiming that Trump/Musk are stealing people's information and are going to take their Social Security. That's whipping up fear with lies. Fortunately, most people know those are lies.
So if the Democrats want to talk about getting the messaging right, how about not lying and making a spectacle out of themselves? How about actually doing something that is beneficial and not just a performance for their leftist base?
Unfortunately, this is all they are now. This is all they have been for the last ten years (at least). They have nothing else. And that's why they will continue to lose.
