We've seen a lot of twisted protesters across the country pushing for a ceasefire of the war between Israel and Hamas. As I noted when I (amazingly) agreed with Hillary Clinton, that would only embolden Hamas and give them time to restock their armaments. There have been all kinds of ceasefires attempted in the past, but they always fail because Hamas isn't willing to give up their desire to wipe out Israel and stop killing Jews. If they wouldn't forswear that, how would it ever work? The only way you defeat terrorism is to wipe out the terrorists.
These kinds of "ceasefires" are like bad Democratic city government: they institutionalize failure. So what good are they? But, that hasn't stopped the left from trying this gambit.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin were testifying before the Senate on Tuesday about issues of national security. They also were addressing what was going on with Israel and the Hamas terrorists. However, right in the middle of Blinken's testimony, there they were.
A protester started screaming at him and the others at the hearing, including yelling, "Ceasefire now!"

Why is it always the shrill screaming liberal white women?
But she wasn't alone. They had people seeded throughout the audience. You can see as she's being dragged out some folks were holding their hands up. They had what looked like red paint on their hands which was supposed to symbolize the blood in Gaza.

They're leftists, so they weren't just about Gaza, they were about attacking even the "wall" to protect Americans at the border.

So I have a good question for the Capitol Police: how are you letting in all these people with signs, shirts, and other things that show they're obviously there to disrupt the hearing? Medea Benjamin should be easily identifiable. Yet, I would be willing to bet none of these people will face any real consequences for obstructing an official proceeding.
All these folks are calling for a ceasefire. Why are they not calling on Hamas to give up the hostages? Why are they not calling on Hamas to let the hundreds of Americans who are trapped in Gaza out? Why are they not calling on Hamas to let the civilians of Gaza leave?
It's because this isn't about caring about the people. It's about being anti-Israel and anti-the U.S. policy. It's about advancing the leftist chaos.
