No, as we reported last night, the Border Patrol didn’t whip Haitians at the border in Del Rio, Texas as they were trying to interdict the illegal aliens from entering the country.
The Border Patrol explained the videos and pictures showed only reins — not whips — that no one was being hit, that the officers were using the reins to control their horses.
But that didn’t stop the media from spreading the lie despite not having support for it. It also didn’t stop White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki from calling the incident “horrific” and this morning, still acting as though the story was real, claiming that’s not “who the Biden/Harris administration is.”
Now one has to wonder why the Biden folks aren’t having Psaki deny it, since it isn’t true.
Because it’s their CBP now and everything done will be tagged to them. But bottom line — they’re all in for trying to throw the CBP under the bus and change the story from how badly the Biden Administration has handled the border situation — and that’s not the fault of the poor overworked Border Patrol folks.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Delusional-CA) made clear what the talking points on this were supposed to be when even she weighed in on it.
Reports of the mistreatment of Haitian migrants fleeing violence and devastation from natural disasters are deeply troubling, including the inappropriate use of what appear to be whips by Border Patrol officers on horseback to intimidate migrants.

Can we yell any louder at these ridiculous people: THERE WERE NO WHIPS!!!! NO ONE WAS WHIPPED!!!
But apparently, they forgot to coordinate the talking points with DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas who refuted Psaki and the media with more truth.
Mayorkas denied that any of the Border Patrol agents had used whips to prevent illegal aliens, mostly Haitians from entering illegally after crossing the Rio Grande into Del Rio, Texas.
Mayorkas and Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz told reporters in Del Rio, Texas Monday that they saw nothing obviously wrong with how the agents acted based on initial viewings of the images and footage. Mayorkas explained that agents use long reins — not whips — to control their horses, while Ortiz cited the difficulty in distinguishing migrants from smugglers as people move back and forth near the river.
But then this morning, he apparently got the talking points late. Suddenly, this morning he was “horrified” by the videos, parroting the words used by Psaki.
So the Biden Administration is shocked now by what the Biden Administration has done? But they weren’t shocked about 14,000 people living in squalor under a bridge? They’re just shocked by a fake story attacking the CBP?
Talk about chaos. How bad and incompetent are these people? They can’t even get their talking points straight and they don’t give a darn about the truth, just whatever they think most fits the narrative they are trying to push. They don’t care about doing anything to actually solve the problems at the border and obviously, they’re willing to throw the CBP who are operating under their direction under the bus immediately.
Would love to hear what info Mayorkas got late at night that changed his mind on this.
(Besides that the White House wanted to lean in on the whipping narrative to insulate from the “we’ve been ignoring this” narrative) pic.twitter.com/brPdNdfjak

Memo received.
DHS Sec yesterday: Guys, the officers were using reins to control their horses, not whips on people: https://t.co/ekls2Q7X6U
DHS Sec today: I am "horrified," and images I contextualized & debunked yesterday now "trouble me profoundly." https://t.co/4RSnVmrztz
