Democrats proceeded to impeach President Donald Trump yesterday on a snap impeachment proceeding.
It wasn’t based on any presentation of any evidence, it was primarily a party line procedure and it was a very bad assault on the Constitutional purpose of impeachment, with a few days before the inauguration.
But among the impeachment managers the Democrats employed in this offense against the Constitution was Rep. David Cicilline (D-RI). Cicilline helped write up the poorly crafted article of impeachment.
But during the proceeding, Cicilline actually lowered his mask and sneezed into his hand, then put the mask back up and put his hand on his seat.

Yikes. This is incredibly gross. Not to mention, what’s supposed to be the point of that mask if you do that? SF Gate also reports that he didn’t sanitize his hands after. So good luck to anyone who was near him or who sat in that seat subsequently. But just another example of do as I say, not as I do with Democrats. And if he’s preaching mask etiquette, telling you what to do, how is he so ignorant of it?
That was also with other members all around him. He was seated just behind Rep. Yvette Clark (D-NY) who was speaking and next to Rep. Brenda Lawrence (D-MI) who according to Fox, shot him a side-eye after he did it.
This is after at least three members tested positive after Jan. 6 and after the Pelosi super-spreader vote on Jan. 3, when she pulled people out of quarantine to vote for her for Speaker.
Democrats yelled about some Republicans not wearing masks while being locked down in a bunker on Jan. 6. but as we reported, those named as not wearing masks have not been reported as sick. Democrats, however, were also seen without masks during the incident, including Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) who later tested positive and complained about the Republican members despite her not wearing one.
Ahhhh grossssss. Democratic Rep. Cicilline caught removing mask to sneeze on House floorhttps://t.co/upa802CsiU
