Joe Biden won the South Carolina primary last night, finally winning a primary after failing to in three separate efforts running for president in 1988, 2008 and 2020.
But it’s still looking questionable for him going into Super Tuesday where Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is favored to lock up a lot of votes in places like California. Biden pretty much would have to win Texas to be able to hang in there.
Reportedly, he hasn’t been hitting the Super Tuesday states as much as one would think he should be.
But he was on all the Sunday shows this morning touting his win in South Carolina.
But he still wasn’t able to stop the gaffes and lying about President Donald Trump’s response to the coronavirus.
Here he is on ABC with George Stephanopoulos, coming up with a new term for virus spread: “Trans pandemic” (perhaps a pandemic of trans phobia?).
.@JoeBiden, in describing how his administration’s response would differ from Trump’s, refers to Ebola as a “transpandemic disease that existed" pic.twitter.com/WYUPjuHWkM

Biden falsely claims that the president hasn’t allowed his scientists to speak including Fauci when Dr. Anthony Fauci spoke yesterday and other scientists have also spoken. Fauci gave credit to Trump for lowering the incidence of coronavirus by restricting entry to the U.S. from affected areas of China.
Reporter to President Trump: Why have you been muzzling Doctor Fauci?
Dr. Fauci: I’ve never been muzzled and I’ve been doing this since Reagan.
Oof.

Biden is also wrong about the test kits, which the CDC said would be available this week.
Biden continues to lie about Trump cutting the CDC despite the AP calling him out for previously spreading this lie. The CDC was never cut.
Eleven lies.
1 Fauci muzzled (3x)
2 No Test kit (2x)
3 No pattern to proceed
4 Cut funding
5 Eliminated office (task force Pence is heading)
6 Let scientists speak
7 No preparedness
8 Fauci back to Bush admin (Reagan, actually)AND NOT ONCE did @GStephanopoulos challenge him!

Pretty despicable to politicize and lie about a virus for political gain and notice Stephanopoulos doesn’t correct him or do any pushback to tell people that’s false, despite the fact that the truth is widely known and Fauci speaking was widely covered.
Biden also appeared of Fox with Chris Wallace. Wallace noted that he hasn’t been on the network in 13 years. Biden said that he looked forward to debating Trump and then he, Trump, would find out he, Biden, wasn’t “sleepy.” But then, he called Chris Wallace, “Chuck.”
At the end of his interview w/ Chris Wallace, Joe Biden boasts that he’s not “sleepy,” then thanks “Chuck” for the questions
“It’s Chris, but anyway.”
"No, I just did Chuck. I tell you what, man, these are back-to-back, anyway, I don’t know how you do it early in the AM" pic.twitter.com/jOx7jKnCh9

“I don’t know how you do it early in the AM.” Could it be Biden was… wait for it… “sleepy?”
