Jen Psaki Gives Thoughts on Rise in Anti-Asian Violence and It’s About as Comical as You Might Think

If there is ever a time when White House press secretary Jen Psaki doesn’t promise to “circle back” on an issue, it is when she can engage in some good ol’ fashioned race-baiting. Like most other far-leftists, she just can’t help herself.

In a Wednesday press briefing, Psaki claimed that former President Donald Trump was responsible for the increase in violent crimes against Asian-Americans. She claimed his referring to COVID-19 as the “Wuhan virus” inspired attacks specifically on Asian Americans.

Psaki said:

I think that there’s no question that some of the damaging rhetoric that we saw during the prior administration, calling COVID the Wuhan virus or other things, led to perceptions of the Asian-American community that are inaccurate, unfair … has elevated threats against Asian-Americans, and we’re seeing that around the country.

Trump, along with other conservatives, caused an avalanche of fake outrage from Democrats and the activist media when they referenced China as the country where the coronavirus originated. Many on the right referred to the disease as the “Chinese virus,” Chinese flu,” or my personal favorite, “Kung Flu.”

The Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University, San Bernardino, released a study showing that anti-Asian hate crimes skyrocketed by 150% in 2020.

Psaki is not the only one to deceptively claim Trump is responsible for the rise in anti-Asian hate crimes. Prominent leftists on social media tried to blame the former president for the spree killings in Atlanta that resulted in the deaths of six Asian women. But, as usual, there is a massive problem with the leftist narrative on this one.

To put it simply, most of those attacking Asians happen to be black Americans, not the MAGA hat-wearing, Bud Light-swilling, gun-owning caricature that the left paints of conservatives. As we all know, the majority of black Americans aren’t exactly fond of the former president.

So, to get this straight, the far-left wants us to believe that Trump influenced black people to start attacking Asian Americans by referring to the coronavirus as the “Wuhan virus” – and they are actually saying this with a straight face. It is yet another situation in which we must wonder if they are braindead or if they just believe their audience is braindead. Perhaps a little bit of both?

It is apparent that the left is simply trying to use Asian victims of hate crimes to push their agenda. By trying to gaslight the American public into believing white supremacy is the impetus behind the spike in anti-Asian violence, they hope to further divide the nation while they continue pushing for more power in government and the culture.

Unfortunately, while most Americans aren’t foolish enough to fall for this particular lie, a sizeable enough amount are more easily duped. However, the question is: Are there enough gullible Americans to push the Marxist agenda forward?
