Many people are going to argue this is not enough. The way Marco Rubio was talking tonight, he said he’s going to Florida. Either way, Rubio has pocketed his first win of the primary season.

Fox News is projecting Marco Rubio will win the Minnesota caucuses. 

The really interesting thing here is this is the first contest where Donald Trump may finish third. Considering this is the state that elected Jesse Ventura their Governor — twice — it’s pretty remarkable.
