Thad Cochran's Liberal Daughter Rails Against McDaniel Supporters

Kate Cochran chooses to make her Facebook profile viewable to the public. And she has revealed herself to be a far-left progressive.

Among the items she “likes” on Facebook-none of them are conservative in nature-are Organization for Action-Mississippi (Obama grassroots) , Barack Obama, Al Franken, Campaign for Southern Equality (homosexual movement), and Not having George Bush as President (by Leftake.com).

She has written two “notes” regarding her father’s Senate race.

Here are some highlights from the first one titled “June 3, 2014 Primary Election”:

“On July 18, 2006, Cochran voted, along with 19 Republican Senators, for the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act to lift restrictions on federal funding for the research.  He co-sponsored the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002—called McCain Feingold, but was actually the McCain Feingold Cochran bill.  Over his many years in the U.S. Senate, Cochran has worked on behalf of Mississippi’s needs: not only with disaster relief and farm subsidies…”

“So, for those of you who have told me this is the first time you will be voting for a Republican, allow me to assure you that he does NOT belong to the lunatic fringe who are talking so loudly and with such outrageous vitriol. “

She remarks in the comments section:

“Funny how much you can learn when you don’t have your TP blinders on.”

(Thad would probably think TP means toilet paper-its still unclear he knows what the Tea Party is.)

Her most recent note, titled “Leading up to the Runoff” is where she really has a conniption fit.

Mississippi Conservative Daily did an outstanding job rebutting her paragraph by paragraph. Be sure to read it.

One notable line resulted in the McDaniel campaign making a meme out of it:

Kate Cochran’s rants have just confirmed what we have known all along: Thad Cochran has been voting as liberal as a politician in Mississippi can for over 40 years. He and his supporters are going to fight till their last breath to stop the excommunication of liberals from the Republican ranks in Mississippi.
