Former DNC Chair Donna Brazile Asks Twitter Users if Trump is 'A Legitimate President'; It Doesn't Go Well

Republicans and Democrats sparred Sunday, Aug. 28, over whether Hillary Clinton crossed ethical lines during her tenure as secretary of state by talking with people outside the government who had contributed to her family’s philanthropy foundation. Former DNC Chair Donna Brazile thought it would be a great idea, given the Democrats’ decision to begin a formal impeachment inquiry against President Trump, to conduct a poll to find out if Americans believe he is a legitimate President.

She didn’t get quite the response she had anticipated. It seems that Americans are a bit skeptical of Brazile herself after she was caught providing several debate questions to the Hillary Clinton campaign beforehand.

By 9 pm, the results were moving decidedly in the President’s direction.

Nice try though Donna.

Note to Democrats: The majority of Americans don’t support impeachment.
