In this series, we’re exposing the truth, the reality of the terrorist evil that prevails in the Middle East, from someone who lived and witnessed it for decades as an Air Force pilot. Over the years, I served in Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Yemen, Oman, and Pakistan. I’ve provided you with some absolutes (and some handy talking points) about today’s conflict, exploring the foundations of the State of Israel, the true nature of the region referred to as “Palestine,” the reality of the terror groups Hamas and Hezbollah, and the ultimate nexus of evil that is Iran.

Today, we expose the role of the American Left in perpetuating violence, both domestically and internationally, during a time when Israel and Jews have suffered their greatest attack and resultant brutality since the Holocaust. The American Left, the enemy within, are brazenly supporting the terrorist attackers at the expense of America, America’s allies, and the Jewish people everywhere.

In the years since World War II, leftists and America haters across politics, academia, media, and popular culture have united in their opposition to the United States and our allies. Along the way, they’ve variously sided with America’s enemies, including the Communist states of the Soviet Union, China, Cuba, North Korea, and Venezuela. Today, their favorite cause is supporting the murderous terror regime Hamas and, by extension, Iran, the world’s greatest exporter of terror.

The Left continues to see our country through the “hammer and sickle” lens of the Cold War. They see America as racist, sexist, repressively capitalistic, imperialist, and “too Christian.” Today, they have Jews squarely in the crosshairs as antisemitism surges around the world at levels not seen in several decades. They protest FOR the soulless demons of Hamas -- and an area referred to as “Palestine” -- and they protest AGAINST Israel’s right to exist and U.S. support for the only democracy in the region.

The American Left has long crossed the lines of disloyalty and betrayal, as their subversive actions embolden our enemies, weaken the resolve of the American people, and damage the morale of our men and women in uniform. Our traditional allies, such as the state of Israel, are also targeted. We particularly see it in our universities, whose faculties are dominated by radicals who cut their teeth protesting the Vietnam War and whose acolytes today threaten Jewish students on campuses nationwide.

The incredibly barbaric attacks on Israel on October 7th have reconfirmed yet another unalienable truth. Despite what your corporate media will tell you, the Middle East continues to be its traditional cesspool of Arab angst, failed ideologies, democratic failures, poverty, human rights denials, and a base from which to launch terror and bloodshed against the US, Israel, and Western allies. In truth, the culture of the Middle East has not advanced much beyond the tribal conflicts over the thousands of years since Jesus Christ walked and talked. Despite a region that has untold riches from oil revenues and the opulence that is now fully on display in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, and Iran, the Middle East continues to be the epicenter of failed governments, international terror, and false hopes.

To listen to Democrat politicians, corporate media, campus radicals, and Hollywood vessels, Palestinians have lived from the beginning of time in Palestine. According to these useful idiots, Palestine was a bucolic land of cultivated fields, flowers, butterflies, and playing children. Then, the Zionists and British stole this “birthright land,” exiled the people, created an apartheid state, and began an ethnic cleansing campaign of terror that has burned unfettered ever since. Of course, none of this is true.

In fact, there has never been a nation of Palestine. The region referred to as Israel has been many things: the Kingdom of Israel, the Kingdoms of Israel and Judah, the Babylonian Empire, the Persian Empire, the Ottoman Empire, and the British Mandate, among them. There’s never been a Palestinian state. Period. The term “Palestine” was a general name for the area, and actually derives from the Philistines, who originated in the East Mediterranean and invaded the region during the 11th and 12th centuries B.C. 

There weren’t even “Palestinians” until the 1960s when, after the Arab defeat in the Six-Day War of 1967, the leaders of Egypt, Libya, Syria, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia (with the help of the Soviet Union’s KGB, and under the tutelage of the newly established Palestinian Liberation Organization) decided to wage another war on Israel with the intent of their complete extinction. The Arab nations realized they could not defeat the Jewish state militarily, so they resorted to a strategy of terror -- and they’ve been prosecuting it ever since. The narrative then became that Israel was a racist, war-mongering state illegally occupying the territory deemed Arabic land. It was then, and only then, that the concept of Palestinian “self-determination” was created. The American Left picked up that banner and ran with it. And it’s playing it on American streets, on university campuses, and on liberal media outlets across the nation.

As we speak, leftist agitators are staging well-funded “protests”, often violent (see the DNC HQ), in support of a country that never existed -- and terror organizations that murder, rape, behead and kidnap. The left has declared war on the United States along with our ally Israel. Calls for ceasefires, rising antisemitism, and the lack of acknowledgment or condemnation of the evil that is Hamas are the result.

It’s time to indict the left for their subversive actions yet again, their sabotaging of the war on terror, and their failure to stand for right over wrong. That’s where their heart is. While we fight evil abroad, liberals fight America at home. The only danger that can destroy the foundations of our society will come not from abroad, but from within.

We have to win.
