The much more dangerous monster we face in front of us now is our own economic stagnation and horrible prioritization, which has already begun killing us through various means. Be it drug overdose, suicide, death from medical neglect, or more, this lockdown is killing us both figuratively and very literally.

Suicides have become so tragically common now that deaths from people’s own hands now outnumber deaths due to COVID-19. One California hospital confirmed that mental health has declined so much that the numbers have flipped and the lockdown is to blame according to ABC affiliate KGO-TV:

Doctors at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek say they have seen more deaths by suicide during this quarantine period than deaths from the COVID-19 virus.

The head of the trauma in the department believes mental health is suffering so much, it is time to end the shelter-in-place order.

“Personally I think it’s time,” said Dr. Mike deBoisblanc. “I think, originally, this (the shelter-in-place order) was put in place to flatten the curve and to make sure hospitals have the resources to take care of COVID patients.We have the current resources to do that and our other community health is suffering.”

The numbers are unprecedented, he said.

“We’ve never seen numbers like this, in such a short period of time,” he said. “I mean we’ve seen a year’s worth of suicide attempts in the last four weeks.”

Kacey Hansen has worked as a trauma nurse at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek for almost 33 years. She is worried because not only are they seeing more suicide attempts, she says they are not able to save as many patients as usual.

“What I have seen recently, I have never seen before,” Hansen said. “I have never seen so much intentional injury.”

Yet, despite declining cases in states that have been open for weeks and the increasing mental health degradation and suicide rate elevation, Democrats are doing their level best to retain their lockdowns. They cite infection rates that mean nothing, talk about the possibility of a “second wave,” and say they’re keeping businesses closed and people sheltered in place in the name of safety.

I think, at this point, it’s clear that this is all a fraud.

There is no safety in isolation and poverty. Economic destruction results in nothing but misery, danger, and death. A second wave of Coronavirus would be far less destructive than continuing on a lockdown that is already destroying lives now.

Not every American may see this yet, but when this time is looked back on, it will be hard not to see the devastation and destruction wrought on the people by the Democrats for what is definitely a political move to hurt President Donald Trump. As I explained before, the only real reason to keep a lockdown going at this point is to damage the economy, Trump’s most powerful tool in his reelection.

As Eric Trump said not long ago, once November 3 passes, the Coronavirus will suddenly become a non-issue, and he’s not wrong. The Democrats won’t have a use for it afterward, and the media will discontinue putting a focus on it, causing it to fade from the public consciousness.

The lockdowns are, in the end, a result of Trump’s impeachment not panning out as they planned. It’s a result of a man being too popular with the people to be voted out of office. In fact, if you follow the line of events, this lockdown is a punishment for electing Trump in the first place and planning to keep him in the White House. If Democrats can keep Trump’s economy from roaring back, it helps them in their attempts to bring him down.

Democrats have nothing left in terms of excuses for the lockdowns except for this. Given the info we have, there is nothing beyond it.

Blue state Democrats need to free Americans now.
