I miss comedy. Like, real comedy, not these weird politically laced diatribes delivered in a humorous tone that are forced down our throats on a daily basis from people we’re told are the cream of the comic crop.

One of the worst offenders of utilizing what Ben Shapiro has coined as “clapter,” is Jimmy Kimmel who hosts his own late night talk show for some reason. Kimmel is, according to the left, the conscience of America because he agrees with every leftist talking point and social program that flits across his writer’s Twitter feed.

Last night, the conscience of America took the time to mock Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s Fox News interview, wherein Kavanaugh revealed that he did not engage in sexually explicit activities throughout high school and college. Kavanaugh revealed that he maintained his virginity throughout his school time and sometime after.

An admirable thing, but according to Kimmel, this is hilariously embarrassing for Kavanaugh. He and his audience laughed and joked at Kavanaugh’s virginity, also making fun of him for keeping calendars that prove he was never at a party where his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, claimed he was the night he sexually assaulted her.

“What 17-year-old keeps calendars of his social engagements?” Kimmel asked. “No wonder he was a virgin.”

If you thought the “comedy” was done, you’re sadly mistaken. Kimmel continued by suggesting that if Kavanaugh is confirmed to the Supreme Court, then we should mutilate his penis.

“Hear me out on this,” said Kimmel. “So Kavanaugh gets confirmed to the Supreme Court, OK? Well, in return we get to cut that pesky penis of his off in front of everyone.”

Why Kimmel is only too happy to acknowledge Kavanaugh’s virginity enough to consider it fact and make fun of him for it, then turn around and suggest we cut off his penis because he’s guilty of sexual assault is anyone’s guess. Screw logic, I suppose, because we’re having a great time making fun of a man who has been proven to literally be one of the best among us because he’s not on the right side of the ideological bubble’s wall.

The absence of sense aside, Kimmel’s suggestion that we literally cut someone’s penis off because he’s simply been accused of sexual assault isn’t even comedy. It’s a mean-spirited way of getting the trained seals in the audience to laugh and clap along. It’s a way to stick it to those dastardly Republicans while dismissing it as a joke.

Blasey Ford has very little evidence and hasn’t given America much reason to believe her story. Regardless of this fact, in the day and age of #MeToo, Kavanaugh is guilty of alleged sexual assault for simply having A: a penis, and B: Republican backing.  The conscience of America can, on live television, suggest he have his penis cut off with no blowback because…well your guess is as good as mine.

We’re told this is just humor, but I remember what humor looked like before Kimmel arrived on the scene. This just looks like partisan anger wearing the comedy mask and pretending that what it’s saying is funny.
