Remember those statues of a naked Donald Trump that went up around New York, LA, San Francisco, etc that were considered a form of protest art? The piece (not a euphemism) was titled “The Emperor Has No Balls,” and appeared in random places all around the cities. They were quickly taken down, with New York’s Parks Department taking the gold for its public statement while doing so.
But now the statues are back, and this time they’re making their appearance near the Holland tunnel leading to Manhattan, courtesy of the activist group INDECLINE.
From the Washington Post:
This time around, an IDECLINE spokesman said, the statue appeared to generate another strong reaction among motorists as they crept toward the tollway outside Manhattan. (More than 316,000 motorists passed through the tunnel on average each day this year through June, according to figures from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.)
“You would see that early-morning despondency among drivers,” the spokesman, who discussed the project with The Washington Post on the condition of anonymity, said. “Then they’d look at it — and then look at it again — and a big smile would break out across their face.”
“I saw a mom pointing it out to her kid,” the spokesman added. “We got a lot of thumbs up and honking.”
Unlike the first five, however, these statues are expected to remain up until November. These two new statues were actually commissioned by an art center called Mana Galley, based in Miami. One statue is actually up at a Miami location.
“Unlike the first 5, these two are set to run until the election in November at which time they will be returned to INDECLINE and put up for auction,” an INDECLINE statement notes. “The statue placed there is highly visible to commuters from the nearby highway,” the statement adds.
More than 1,200 miles away, the Miami statue was placed atop a billboard located in a vacant property and faces I-95 traffic, according to NBC affiliate WTVJ.

If you missed them, then I have some good news for you, weirdo. According to the artist who erects these statues, he’ll also be creating and selling little nude Trump action figures.
The latest round of Trump statues won’t be your last chance to get glimpse of the nude Republican nominee. The INDECLINE spokesman said the group has been inundated by requests to create naked Trump action figures.
“Those will be available on the website for $20 in the next few weeks,” the spokesman said.
Superb. Just superb.
