New Evidence Shows Jeffrey Epstein Was a Horrible Person: He Dared to Doubt Climate Change!

In amazingly dense fashion, we get a new report on Jeffrey Epstein that puts the man in a negative light. According to an Ivy League publication, it has been exposed that the late Democratic Party donor may have held positions that need to be reexamined, and could cast the man in an unacceptable position. You need to gird yourself for this revelation.

Jeffrey Epstein was apparently a climate denier.

This explosive information arrives from the Yale University publication Climate Connections. And to go along with this new information that casts Epstein now as a man of possibly distasteful character, the outlet also sees fit to include President Trump in this exposé. The connections are, to come up with a proper explanation, desperate.

As mentally impacted as it is to delve into this predatory pedophile’s positions on global climatology, the need to shoehorn Donald Trump’s name into this screed is even more madcap. This is something to behold.

Writer Sara Peach plunges forward with this information, and from the start, you see the intent. Not only is the insipid subject presented, but the subheader needed to have the president’s name included: “Newly released emails show Epstein peddling climate denial myths to scientist Lawrence Krauss while Trump’s first term was getting underway.”

That could be regarded as an innocuous enough reference, but it gets much more frantic. After another mention of Trump’s term in setting up the communication with the scientist, there is another passage where Epstein says he has questions, based on conversations he had with “Trump people.” Then Ms. Peach moves to connect the two men, even if there is no tangible connection.

Climate change denial was a common interest of the two men. The president has called climate change a hoax, and his administration has revived the misleading claim that carbon dioxide benefits crops. More significant is each man’s enormous wealth and personal or political power – and how they wielded both at the expense of many others.

Apparently, Trump and Epstein can hold similar views independently, and this then connects them…in some capacity. While this is clearly an example of an implication made in what would charitably be called “a stretch,” the next paragraph is just a marvel in attempting to spot-weld the two men together while having no tangential evidence at all.

One Epstein victim said recently that about 1,000 women had survived his abuse. As for Trump, his pro-fossil-fuel policies will lead to up to 1.3 million additional temperature-related deaths around the world in the coming decades, according to a new analysis by ProPublica and the Guardian.

“As for Trump…”?!?! WHAT???? These two concepts are not at all similar, yet Sara Peach here has the two men’s names colliding in successive sentences within this paragraph, for absolutely no reason other than implicating Trump while possessing nothing in the form of evidence. Then Miss Peach relies on a New Republic reporter to make a connection that is not there.

The throughline between climate denial and Epstein denial is that the underlying harms at issue – catastrophic global warming, and decades of sexual abuse – are straightforwardly horrific.

Ahhhh…so if you deny climate change, it is on par and practically the same as denying you were involved with a known pedophile. What absolute absence of mental acuity and honesty. This is nothing but sheer partisan desire to link these men with something abjectly foreign to the underlying crimes.

All of this is completely sophomoric, but there is one other item making this entirely infantile. Given this is a university publication, the sensitivities of the potential audience of collegians had to be recognized. As a result, there is actually a trigger warning provided for the alleged adults who will be reading.

A heads up: In addition to references to climate-related misinformation, this article mentions allegations of sexual misconduct and crimes.

That explains everything. This is a childish attempt at trenchant journalism, but what gets delivered is the publishing equivalent of adolescent foot-stomping insistence.

Editor's Note: The mainstream media continues to deflect, gaslight, spin, and lie about President Trump, his administration, and conservatives.
