It took long enough, but now, finally, authorities have taken action after Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez was assaulted at an anti-ICE rally in Minneapolis on April 11. The attack was caught on camera and widely disseminated, yet a father and daughter pair who were seen harassing and shoving Hernandez to the concrete were unapologetic afterward and went on a pity party media blitz where they claimed they were non-violent and were actually the victims here.
Now reports indicate that a federal grand jury handed down two indictments in the case on Tuesday. Although the names have not yet been released, they could be the father and daughter pair, 51-year-old Chris Ostroushko, who, as my colleague Ward Clark reports, has an uncanny resemblance to a thumb, and his venom-spewing offspring, Paige Ostroushko.
Justice has been taking its sweet time, as woke Hennepin County District Attorney Mary Moriarty has not yet found the inclination to file an indictment of her own, even though she’s put out an arrest warrant for an ICE officer for acts he committed while on the job.
Priorities:

Yet all three are still free. Painting themselves as the victims and gloating about how they haven’t been arrested yet.
That may soon change.

The full indictment is reportedly going to be released later Wednesday. We’ll just have to see if it’s for members of the loathsome Ostroushko family.

As RedState’s Brad Slager reported, it’s pretty clear what went down:
During the gathering, Hernandez became surrounded by a mob, and after engaging with the crowd, she attempted to extract herself, but she was trailed and hectored as she did. At one point, she was accosted by another female, and then moments later, when she had almost escaped from the melee, she was blindsided by a larger male, knocking her clearly to the ground.

As Hernandez said in her tweet, “Justice is coming.” Let’s hope.
