Ya gotta love a good Trump-Acosta fight.

As I’ve written previously, CNN’s Jim is not a news reporter.

That is to say, he doesn’t report objective facts (here, here, here, and here).

For some reason, he instead frequently says what he thinks and calls that reporting.

Hence, there’ve been a lot of conflicts.

And on Wednesday, the CNN pundit got shot down in grand fashion at 1600 Pennsylvania.

During a White House briefing on the coronavirus, Jim asserted to the President that some Americans don’t think he’s taking the virus “seriously enough.”

Here he goes:

“Mr. President, what do you say to Americans who are concerned that you’re not taking this seriously enough, and that some of your statements don’t match what your health experts are saying?”

Trump’s response was swift and cutting.

Holy cow, was it.

Jim posed his question and was immediately greeted with this:

“That’s CNN — fake news. Go ahead — thank you very much, everybody.”

And that, as they say, was that.

Everyone outta the room.

The press briefing came ahead of the President’s address to the nation on the illness.

As for Jim and Donald they’re clearly sick of each other.

And they’ve racked up quite a few memorable moments.

The latest one — as covered by RedState’s Sister Toldjah — occurred in India.

Trump told him, “Your record is so bad, you ought to be ashamed of yourself.”

Acosta came back with “I’m not ashamed of anything, and our organization is not ashamed.”

Now that we’re waist-deep, I know you wanna wade out further.

So here ya go; you wanted it, I aim to please: Jim vs. The Donald.

Who ya got?!

And good news: With Joe Biden leading the Democrats into November, I’m sure there’ll be much, much, much more where that came from.
