As I covered previously, Tuesday’s debate wasn’t pretty.
The way Van Jones saw it, the “vitriol” was downright “dispiriting.”
People wanted to know: What the heck did Liz and Bern say to one another when she shook every hand on the stage but his?
And when he put up his hands, which — as per CBS, means “he’s had enough of you” — what was going on?
Well, if you’ve been burning with curiosity yourself, you’re in luck: I’ve got the goods.
Here it is, ladies and gentlemen — the real ugliest moment of the night.
And that means, by the way, uglier than this:
Okay — without further ado, drumroll, please:
CNN releases the audio from the post debate interaction between Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren
Warren: “I think you called me a liar on national TV”
Sanders: “What?”
Warren: “I think you called me a liar on national TV”
Sanders: “No, let's not do it right now …” pic.twitter.com/nhendvv5Jb

Wow.
“I think you called me a liar on national TV.”
This is how it goes.
They certainly are calling each other liars.
“You know, let’s not do it right now…”
Uh…it’s all being done, and it’s all gonna be done. Because it’s the debates in the fight for the White House. With gargantuan amounts of cash on the line. And the future of the party.
And the entire country.
“You called me a liar.”
It’s high stakes.
And sharp ones.
Whatcha think?
