Every House Democrat But One: 234 Elected Officials Demand the Extermination of Women's Sports. #TimesUp

Every single Democrat in the House of Representatives — with the exception of 1 — has decided to do away with that old “We’re the party for women” jazz. In its place, they’ve chosen for women to never again have an equal opportunity (equal to that of men) to excel in school sports.

How? They’ve co-sponsored the Equality Act.

Side note: A recurrent modern reality is that terms used to champion virtues of excellence in an on-the-nose sort of way are frequently the opposite if their description:

If you’re shopping for peanut butter and one’s called “High Quality Peanut Butter,” that’s the crappy peanut butter. Get Laura Scudder’s; Jif if you need to spread it.

In politics, as for bills that claim “equality” — particularly when they’re from the left side of the aisle — watch out, Jack!

The Dems’ Equality provision — to be tacked on to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 — would make it a federal crime for schools to refuse males who wish to compete in women’s sports. ‘Cause Gender Identity.

Pssst — Democrat women. Men are bigger, stronger, and faster than you.

Nonetheless, continuing the push this week, Sarah Warbelow of the left-wing Human Rights Campaign testified before a House subcommittee Tuesday that the notion of men having an athletic advantage over women is not “rooted in fact.”

Here’s a secret: The very much “rooted in fact” fact that men have an advantage is the very reason there’s such a thing as women’s sports in the first place. If there’s no advantage, then just eliminate women’s sports. Which, effectively, they’re doing.

On April 2nd, House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler made clear he’s onboard with Sarah’s girl power:

“Many states have sexual orientation and gender identity nondiscrimination laws, and all of them still have women’s sports. Arguments about transgender athletes participating in sports in accordance with their gender identity having competitive advantages have not been borne out.”

On the subject, The Daily Caller offered this:

In Connecticut, one of the states to which Nadler was referring, two male runners have dominated girls’ high school track. A female competitor called the male runners’ advantage “demoralizing.”

Sarah and Jerry may wanna check out my article “#DefeatAllWomen,” about a man named Rachel cycling her balls off and winning the UCI Masters Track Cycling World Championships in Los Angeles.

Or maybe they’d frown over “Sad Sack: Man Sets Record In NCAA Women’s Track — And He’s Headed For The March Championships.”

No matter the claims of “the party of science,” the fact remains that somewhere in America right now, there’s a young girl with amazing athletic ability. She has the skills to win the city, state, and national competitions. Her success will lead to great opportunities in life.

But it won’t now — not if the legislation passes.

For that girl, thanks to nearly every Democrat elected to the House, #TimesUp.
