Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez got all attitude at a Girls Who Code event Friday in NYC. Here’s what she had to say, in defense of the document Ben Shapiro has called ‘one of the stupidest…ever written” (here):

“[People are being critical over] little minute thing[s]. Like, I just introduced the Green New Deal two weeks ago, and it’s creating all of this conversation. Why? Because no one else has even tried. Because no one else has even tried.”

It should be noted that the reason why no one else “has even tried” to eliminate planes and wage war on planet-destroying air muffins being served from cow’s butts, among other things, is that it’s idiotic.

Mooving on:

“So people are like, ‘Oh, it’s unrealistic. Oh, it’s vague. Oh it doesn’t address this little minute thing.’ And I’m like, ‘You try. You do it. Cuz you’re not. Cuz you’re not. So, until you do it, I’m the boss.’ How bout that?”

Yes, you’re the boss. The Boss of Cow Farts.

Apparently, to some, the clip of AOC bore resemblance to iconic Dr. Phil guest Danielle Bregoli, otherwise known as the “catch me outside” girl.

I’m still trying to process the fact that Alexandria was elected. She’s an obvious neverending source for news articles, and yet, I feel genuinely bad for writing about her, given her apparent lack of understanding of, seemingly, anything at all (here, here, here, and here). At the same time, however, if she isn’t spotlighted, there is more of a chance of others like her rising through the ranks of national leadership. Therefore, it seems important to keep her front and center. For those who disagree, I suppose you can catch me outside.
