The lunacy in America continues in the Summer of COVID-19 in the Year 2020 also known as COVID-2020 countdown to Armageddon. Detroit, like every other major city, is currently experiencing an uptick in violent crime. The latest incident in Motor City happened on Sunday at 11 pm.

Surveillance video shows eight people standing inside the Eagle’s Coney Island when a suspect in a red shirt pulled a weapon and fired point-blank at one patron who had just stood up from a table and then fired at multiple other people before exiting the restaurant. As the suspect leaves, he turns and fires another shot into the body of the first suspect he shot and you can see the victim’s body react.

The video below from Macomb County Scanner is GRAPHIC and is not for the faint of heart to view.

According to the Detroit Free Press… one suspect is in custody and this problem of violence is growing.

Detroit Police Sgt. Nicole Kirkwood said Monday a suspect was in custody, but she offered no additional details about him — or the victims. She also did not offer a motive for the slayings, saying only it was still being investigated.

Last month, Detroit Police Chief James Craig announced there had been an increase in violent crime in Detroit, most likely a result of the pandemic and stay-at-home order that has stressed people out and recent protests.

In one weekend alone, there were 18 shootings that killed four and injured 25 others.

We are currently in the throes of something we have not seen in the country since the mid-’60s. The internet has changed the way we do everything and my hope is that as grotesque as this video and others are, that people watch them and ponder what we are doing to ourselves.

The three individuals killed on Sunday and the one person in critical condition are victims along with so many others of some sort of craziness gripping people during the COVID-2020 craziness.

I hope and pray it stops soon.
