You really do have to give it to these zany socialists who seem to think that it is still 1920 and all information in the world travels still by train or horse and buggy. Why else would old rich people endorse an economic system that failed long ago and still say it is viable? We have the internet now guys and we can see stuff. Like how Cuba looks on the off the beaten track tour, not the V.I.P. tour you guys get.
After I wrote an article here at Red State today that covered that Bernie has been having some trouble with the ladies since his Lil spat with Liz Warren on CNN last week ( Bernie Sanders Stumbles Politically Days After Clash With Warren.) seems his luck has turned around.
He received a huge endorsement from the guy who was in a movie where he held a boom box above his head. Also some movie with a hot tub that thinks it is a Tardis. That’s right ladies and gents, Mr. John Cusack joined Bernie in New Hampshire to say that he is feeling the Buuurrrrnnnnnnnnnnnn.
Is Cusack considered a sex symbol to help Bernie with the ladies?
From Fox News…
The 53-year-old actor declared that billionaires were “getting nervous,” while the corporate media were “confused” about Sanders’ campaign.
“And, it seems like every conceivable power structure on earth is trying to kill or derail our movement, but we’re still here,” he said.
He then decried a form of capitalism he dubbed “predatory capitalism,” which “takes our lives… our labor, our spirt, our air and water, even our earth.”
There is so much in this short clip to talk about but I don’t have the will power to dissect it all and still come out with a functioning brain that is on par with a common house plant. What does it mean that “Predatory Capitalism” will take our spirit?
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!?!?!?!?!?!!?
I went and googled what Mr. Cusack is worth after trying to bend my mind around WHAT THAT MEANS and it seems our very successful actor friend has a net worth of around 30 to 50 million dollars. I would say that is a very nice nest egg and I do not dispute that he has earned every penny of it being that is how “Predatory Capitalism” works. You offer your services and someone says I will pay you X and if you agree, you work and get paid.
Now maybe the predatory part is where I think, “Oh look, John Cusack is in a movie, I should go see that.” I’m of course basing this thought on that Hot Tub movie he was in and I take my hard-earned dough, I spend the money on a ticket and food than the movie SUCKS. I don’t get my money back and John Cusack gets a cut of that money.
That sounds pretty predatory to me.
If John wants to give away his money to whatever cause I encourage him to do so. Do a Facebook live video and make us all feel warm and fuzzy with it. Show us that you mean what you say and say what you mean.
Be a leader and lead the way to give away all your money and living the true socialist dream.
Meanwhile don’t forget to set aside the 30 bucks I spent on that movie of yours that sucked and send it to me so I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of by “Predatory Capitalism.”
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!?!?!?!?!?
