Trump Reportedly Poised to End the Left’s Most Chilling Gender Tactic: Taking Kids From Their Parents

If it feels like the center of the universe is shifting slightly of late, that may be because the tide is turning in a big way in favor of parental rights and letting kids be kids. At least that's the case right here in the good, old United States, where the radical transgender lobby is finding out that they very much overplayed their hand in advocating for child mutilation and pronoun garbage-speak.

Proponents of pushing life-altering hormones and irreversible surgeries on adolescents, who enjoyed little-to-no pushback on its ideology and evil practices during the administration of super Catholic-y Joe Biden, seem to have met a formidable opponent in President Donald Trump.

On his first day in office nearly a year ago, the president signed an executive order (EO) called “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth.” That EO made it federal policy to recognize the two biological sexes and rejected the idea that gender identity is separate from biological sex. It also stopped any federal support for gender-affirming care or policies that treat gender identity as a legally meaningful category.

Trump quickly followed that up with the “Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation” EO, which declared as federal policy that gender-transition procedures on minors – including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical interventions – constitute “chemical and surgical mutilation” and are harmful. The president directed the federal government to not fund, sponsor, assist, or support such treatments for anyone under the age of 19.

And, now, according to a Tuesday report, President Trump is considering extending federal protections to parents who don't buy into gender ideology and are penalized for their beliefs. A new EO being considered would stop Child Protective Services from removing children from parents who don't accept their child’s so-called "gender identity."

This new report states that a coalition of conservatives met recently with the White House Domestic Policy Council on an executive directive that would protect parents from losing custody of their children if they don’t affirm their child’s chosen gender identity.

Here are more specifics on the actions the Trump White House might take:

The coalition is asking the administration to promulgate an executive order that would include provisions that affirm parents’ rights as recognized by the First Amendment to raise their children in a manner reflecting their religious beliefs; eliminate regulations that discriminate against parents who affirm biological sex; eliminate federal funding for the removal of children from parents who refuse to let their child obtain transgender procedures; and slash funding to organizations that support hide a child’s gender identity from their parents.

The coalition is also calling for the reinstatement of parental rights to those parents who've been penalized by so-called "child welfare" agencies for refusing to assist with their minor child's gender transition.
