This was bad.
It was so bad.
Just when you think the liberal tears over the end of the error known as the Obama years have all been cried out, Saturday Night Live steps in with a cringe-worthy performance.
Cast members, Cecily Strong and Sasheer Zamata belted out what was supposed to be a serious performance of the 1967 hit, “To Sir, With Love” in front of a black and white portrait of Obama.
At the end of the song, in big letters across the screen are the words, “Thank you President Obama.”
Saturday Night Live stopped being entertaining, years ago. And while I’ve enjoyed Alec Baldwin’s mimicry of Donald Trump, even that doesn’t buy them the kind of good will they need to make up for something this pathetically insipid.
This is the kind of worship of a man who brought the nation to weakness abroad, and who fomented the resurrection of racial unrest at home that drives sane individuals to loathe the unhinged zealots of the left.
Yeah. Thanks, Obama.
Thanks for nothing.
Watch for yourselves, if your gag reflex can take it.
