This is not a huge shock. Despite all the liberal media fawning, no one could ever identify enough Buttigieg partisans to indicate that his presidential run was more than an attempt to raise his political profile for something else. He was a non-entity in the South Carolina primary and Super Tuesday was not looking all that great for him. This is good news for Biden. If he is going to have a chance of putting Bernie Sanders away, he has to clear the field of Klobuchar along with Buttigieg. It is also good news for Mike Bloomberg because he has exactly the same problem.
Now the only question is where do his voters go? Do they go to Joe Biden or do they go to Bloomberg? And what does Buttigieg run for next?
