By most accounts, President Trump’s involvement in the Fourth of July celebration on the National Mall not only didn’t result in M1 tanks crushing #Resistance, Antifa, and Bulwarker protesters, the celebration might even have been made more meaningful by having the participation of the US military. By most accounts. But Resisters gonna resist even when doing so makes them look stupid.
Case in point. The woman who is rapidly replacing Joe Biden as the Rain Man of American politics, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Because people turning out to honor the nation and the military in the presence of the hated Donald Trump would be a repudiation on the order of her hand-picked candidate for Queens County District Attorney losing her election, the celebration, itself, must be denigrated.
Trump spent millions on a poorly attended, 1 day parade days after saying he couldn’t afford toothpaste & soap for caged children.
Did he ask Congress for military parade💰? No.
Trump held these kids hostage to secure billions for their abusers. Congress needs to see that.

A couple of days ago, Louisiana Senator John Kennedy drew some fire for a comment he made about AOC’s description of detention camps for people apprehended entering the US illegally, “Let me be frank, Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez … someone needs to tell her that the voices in her head are not real.” That advice was just as true yesterday as it was when Senator Kennedy offered it.
