The Senate Judiciary Committee has a announced that it has requested the administration to do a follow up investigation on Ford’s allegations that has to be finished by next Friday.

I don’t know what this accomplishes other than giving the Democrats a fundraising tool about “The Fight For You,” but it probably locks in Collins, Murkowski, and Manchin.
