McConnell Tells White House Thanks But No Thanks on Its Immigration Plan

Yesterday, the White House released its immigration plan. And it didn’t take long for the reviews to come in. Ted Cruz was a solid no. No one on the left liked it. But this, from Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, is probably the most telling:
