President Trump spoke at the NRA today, the first president since Ronald Reagan to do so for reasons that I simply can’t fathom. He gave a solid pro-Second-Amendment speech, which was to be expected, but what really got the attention of the left was this:
Only one candidate in the General Election came to speak to you, and that candidate is now the President of the United States, standing before you again. (Applause.) I have a feeling that in the next election you’re going to be swamped with candidates, but you’re not going to be wasting your time. You’ll have plenty of those Democrats coming over and you’re going to say, no, sir, no thank you — no, ma’am. Perhaps ma’am. It may be Pocahontas, remember that. (Laughter and applause.) And she is not big for the NRA, that I can tell you.
Trump is, of course, referring to Elizabeth Warren. Pocahontas is a reminder that Elizabeth Warren lied about her race/ethnicity to become a law professor (ironic, eh?) and in doing so may very well have deprived an actual American Indian of a chance at that position. At a minimum, she cheated other white and female applicants of an opportunity. But Warren is the working class hero of the left so they crawled out of the abattoirs and sh**houses to complain.
This is my favorite because this egregious lackwit seems to actually believe that Warren is Indian.
Imagine if the president referred to Chuck Schumer as Shylock. Or Obama as Sambo. But it's become accepted he refers to Warren as Pocahontas

And the man with the second most slappable face on the internet chimes in.
"It may be Pocahontas."
Trump offensively calls Elizabeth Warren while talking about 2020 prospects.

The United States President referring to a sitting United States Senator as “Pocahontas” is something we should continue to be shocked by.

At NRA, Trump looks to 2020: "It may be Pocahontas." A derogatory, dismissive reference to Sen. Warren.

This is one of the best. It is racist to poke fun at someone who is not Indian but lied about being Indian to get a job. Ward Churchill probably wishes these clowns had been around when he needed them.
Trump calling Warren Pocahontas is racist. We kind of gloss over it at this point. But this is the president being racist.

This is sort of juvenile (see Jeff B from DecisionDesk for a good tweet storm on the issue). But the train of propriety left the station when Ann Richards took the stage at the 1988 Democrat Convention. Just as bad money drives good money out of circulation, so, too, does bad manners drive out good.
These people are all upset, not because of racism. The fact they were able to wipe their own butt this morning indicates they are too smart to believe that nonsense. Their objection is that their darling just had nails driven into the coffin containing her hopes for 2020. And they are falling back to the same old bullsh** the left relies on when they are losing. The scream some sort of -ism to divert attention.
