John Kerry Says Paris Is A Tragedy But Those Charlie Hebdo B**ches Had It Coming

When our Secretary of State starts channeling Ron Paul, it is really time to concede that the terrorists have won.

Earlier this year, Islamic terrorists stormed the editorial offices of the French satirical magazine, Charlie Hebdo, and put the staff to the sword. Their big crime, it seems, was drawing cartoons of Mohammed. Because in the word of some American politician, “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.” In its aftermath, the doddering old fraud, Ron Paul, weighed in on the root causes:

“But in the context of things, France has been a target for many, many years, because they’ve been involved in foreign affairs in Libya, and they really prodded us along in — recently in Libya, but they’ve been involved in Algeria, so they’ve had attacks like this, you know, not infrequently. So, it does involve, you know, their foreign policy as well. When people do this, you know, the rejection of the violence has to be made, and with that I agree.”

“I put blame on bad policy that we don’t fully understand, and we don’t understand what they’re doing because the people who are objecting to the foreign policy that we pursue, they do it from a different perspective,” Paul added. “They see us as attacking them, and killing innocent people, so yes, they, they have — this doesn’t justify, so don’t put those words in my mouth — it doesn’t justify, but it explains it.”

Yesterday, at the US Embassy in Paris, John Kerry, dimwitted veteran of the Vietnam War, had this to say on the terrorist attack on Paris:

“In the last days, obviously, that has been particularly put to the test. There’s something different about what happened from Charlie Hebdo, and I think everybody would feel that. There was a sort of particularized focus and perhaps even a legitimacy in terms of – not a legitimacy, but a rationale that you could attach yourself to somehow and say, okay, they’re really angry because of this and that. This Friday was absolutely indiscriminate. It wasn’t to aggrieve one particular sense of wrong. It was to terrorize people. It was to attack everything that we do stand for. That’s not an exaggeration. It was to assault all sense of nationhood and nation-state and rule of law and decency, dignity, and just put fear into the community and say, “Here we are.” And for what? What’s the platform? What’s the grievance? That we’re not who they are? They kill people because of who they are and they kill people because of what they believe. And it’s indiscriminate. They kill Shia. They kill Yezidis. They kill Christians. They kill Druze. They kill Ismaili. They kill anybody who isn’t them and doesn’t pledge to be that. And they carry with them the greatest public display of misogyny that I’ve ever seen, not to mention a false claim regarding Islam. It has nothing to do with Islam; it has everything to do with criminality, with terror, with abuse, with psychopathism – I mean, you name it.”

This is just bull***t on so many levels. First and foremost, ISIS has not more psychopaths than does the Obama administration. I realize that the average mafia family can also make that claim, in fact, ISIS has a lot in common with the Obama administration. It is peopled by true believers who are willing to kill as many people or destroy as much history and tradition as it takes to create their view of earthly paradise. Even if what the are creating is a seething and effervescing hell-hole.

The real travesty in the statement is acknowledging that the attack on Charlie Hebdo had a “rationale” that the average person could understand. This is simply offensive and it is stupid beyond words. Both Paris attacks have a strategic purpose in the furtherance of militant Islam. The Hebdo attack was an attack designed to make Islam invulnerable to criticism. It fell in the same category as the murder of Dutch filmmaker Theo Van Gogh and the legal attacks upon critics of radical Islam waged in European courts. But, notably, the administration did not participate in the memorial for the Charlie Hebdo victims.

Kerry’s statement, which had to have been vetted by the White House, shows just how intellectually stunted this administration is when they can’t grasp the obvious purpose of terror attacks and act to rationalize the slaughter of citizens doing nothing more than exercising their rights as citizens.
