#1 – Alvin Bragg Slowly Realizes His Trump Indictment Is Going to Backfire, and He’s Getting Desperate — by Bonchie

Let me translate that for you: Out of all the Trump indictments, filed or soon-to-be filed, Braggs is by far the dumbest and most likely to fail. Given that, he does not want to be the first prosecutor to hand the former president a massive PR victory so he’s now desperately looking for a way to let the DOJ’s cases go to trial first.

Bragg knows that the federal cases against Trump, politically biased and selective as they may be, are far stronger on legal grounds. If he ends up taking his case to trial in March of 2024 as currently scheduled, he stands a good chance of losing and going from hero to goat while also tainting the federal indictments.

#2 – WATCH: Hurt Feelings Erupt After Scott Jennings Reminds CNN Panel Who Hunter Biden Really Is — by Sister Toldjah

Among other things related to Navy Roberts, Hunter Biden:

– Initially refused to take responsibility for her by denying she was his.
– Has reportedly never visited Navy Roberts, and has said he has no memory of the “encounter” he had with Lunden Roberts.
– Lived the high life while pretending to be a starving artist who couldn’t afford child support.
– Did not want Navy Roberts to have the Biden name, and got Lunden Roberts to agree to it.
– Ghosted Lunden Roberts while she was pregnant and “made sure she was booted off [his consulting firm’s] insurance plan months after she gave birth.”

These are things that pretty much everyone should be able to acknowledge are unquestionably beyond the pale, but during a segment on CNN’s “State of the Union” broadcast Sunday, hurt feelings erupted when Republican political strategist Scott Jennings pointed out what in my opinion is the truth about who Hunter Biden really is.

#3 – Roseanne Barr Levels Former Conservative Powerhouse Ann Coulter With One Tweet — by Becky Noble

Barr couldn’t resist answering Coulter back and took a personal shot as well. The result: not much support for Coulter but plenty of welcome to conservatism for Roseanne Barr. For anyone who might not remember, it was Ann Coulter who announced in June of 2015 during an episode of “Real Time with Bill Maher” that of all the candidates that had, up to that point, declared their candidacy, Trump had the best chance of winning the GOP nomination. She was practically laughed off the stage. Coulter’s fall from conservative grace has been hard and fast. From writing a bestseller called In Trump We Trust, E Pluribus Awesome! prior to the 2016 election, to an appearance on Andrew Sullivan’s Dishcast podcast, where she said she was aware of what she thought Trump’s character was but agreed with his stance on immigration. She said, “I was well familiar with what a narcissistic, ridiculous, tacky, vulgar, arriviste this guy was. That I knew about. The one thing I underestimated, in fact, did not see at all is, I had no idea how abjectly stupid the man is.” It was at this point that Ann Coulter fell off conservative radar.

#4 – Joe Biden Hit With Ice-Cold Inconvenient Reminder as He Begins 10-Day Vacation — by Sister Toldjah

But because he was purposely hidden in the basement a lot in 2020, the American people didn’t get to see as much for themselves how Biden can be his own worst enemy. But since he’s taken office, the voters have been able to witness firsthand what some have suggested is a deterioration of his physical and mental health, as the truth about Joe simply will not be contained.

Some of that is due to accounts like RNC Research, but most of it is due to the fact that this is who Joe Biden is, and the older he gets the more pronounced the problems become.

It should go without saying that the presidency is a tough job and requires a high level of physical stamina, mental competency, and emotional strength. Though Biden’s defenders including those in the MSM will gaslight and say that he’s doing just fine, the actual story is that in all probability it is those surrounding him doing all the heavy lifting while he appears in public every once in a while to try and put an “I’m okay” facade on it all.

#5 – Herridge: Attorney Points to Big Problem With Trump Indictment—Allegedly Exculpatory Evidence — by Nick Arama

Parlatore used to work for Trump but left in May.

But if, indeed, those materials are exculpatory and Smith proceeded anyway, that doesn’t say a lot about his case or his process. If Trump is pursuing all these efforts to prove fraud, it does tend to show he has an honestly held belief. That puts a big hole in an indictment that was already flawed, and seemingly based on going after him for his beliefs. We’ve already seen legal experts like George Washington law professor Jonathan Turley and former prosecutor Andy McCarthy casting doubt on the flawed nature of this latest indictment. Not to mention how Republicans aren’t allowed to doubt election results. For them, now, it’s seemingly a crime. Yet Democrats can take all kinds of actions to question elections, and they will not be pursued with criminal action like this.
